Corrib Lodge 

At Corrib Lodge, there is a retail outlet for fishing gear and technical clothing designed for those who come to us with the intention of fishing or engaging in outdoor activities. To make it easier for our fishing guests, so they don’t have to ship a suitcase full of equipment from their home country, we offer a wide selection of artificial lures suitable for all Irish fishing contexts. From spinning for trout and pike in lakes to vertical jigging for cod in the ocean, we provide an excellent choice of lures selected by the lodge's expert owner, who is always happy to advise you on your purchases. Alongside lures and various spinning and vertical jigging equipment, you will find everything you need for fly fishing, the most practiced technique on Lough Corrib.

Finally, in terms of technical clothing, to best face the frequent cold and rainy days in Ireland, you will find waders, floating thermal suits, stylish country jackets, keeways, Irish wool garments, rubber boots, hiking shoes, gloves, leggings, hats, and balaclavas.

We remind our fishing guests that for €15 per day, they can rent rods, reels, and waders for whatever technique they wish to practice, with artificial lures not included (available for purchase in our shop).
